This list of trash removed from the Little Rocky Run watershed speaks for itself.  Much of it probably dates from World War II, since this area was rural until fairly recently.  But the worst of the trash, mostly construction debris and wind blown garbage delivered via storm drains, has appeared in the last 15 years.  Volunteers have removed 2,049 bags of trash in addition to the items listed here.  As of 4/5/08 over 52.5 tons of debris have been removed from the FLRR watershed.  See Page 2 for more trash plus photos.
