Naturally, no one knows who dumped these tires.  We believe that they had been here for about 20 years.  The most annoying ones had trees growing through them, or had to be dug out of the ground. No one seemed to notice them until we made a big pile in plain sight of Compton Road. This power cut area really needs to be fenced off.  This has been done on the Balmoral side of Compton Road, which had an even worse trash problem prior to the erection of a fence. There was also quite a bit of metal debris scattered about as well, all removed.
