This sequence of photos shows the main channel of the creek as the virtual tour continues upstream.  Photos read from left to right and top to bottom.  The stream bed here is often treacherously filled with deep mud, which means that you can sink and the water will come over the top of your hip waders.  The land along the creek is very boggy and spotted with pools.  The photo at the bottom right of this page shows a feeder stream.  At this point the numerous beaver dams and sidestreams make the main channel very difficult to follow.
