| FOUR. As it turns out FLRR won a prize for our spectacular clean up in the April 2009 Alice Ferguson clean up. The prize was a grand tour of the I-66 Transfer Station at Ox Road and the I-95 Sanitary Landfill at Lorton, including the amazing Covanta Plant. Best of all, the tour docent was none other than Jeff Smithberger, the Director of the Division of Solid Waste Collection and Recycling.
