| Blythe Merritt Blythe is the perfect example of how, when you plunge into volunteer work, you meet amazingly wonderful people. Blythe's specialty is water monitoring. When she shows up to help she even brings a powerful microscope, which enables volunteers to see the amazing tiny creatures that inhabit Little Rocky Run. Photo: a trout lily or Erythronium americanum. This amazing plant grew in profusion along Little Rocky Run in the Spring of 2003 |

| Patrick Solomon... ...is our good friend who took the time to make a really nice map of the Little Rocky Run watershed. The photo at right was taken on a very cold winter day in February 2004. Whoever left the footprint was running barefoot on one of the trails marked on Patrick's map. Why this person was barefoot is unknown. |
