Scott Fernald and Aaron Cox
These two men showed up one Saturday with a pick-up truck and a jeep complete with a 4.5 ton capacity winch.  In a few hours they hauled away a 20 foot long steel culvert pipe that had been an eyesore for at least twenty years.

Anne Brodeur
Anne Brodeur is the Treasurer of Friends of Little Rocky Run.  She attends every meeting and every clean-up.  She is one of the quiet forces making our neighborhood a better place for eveyone.

Will Foster and Lynn Foster
When he isn't knocking around Europe or building homes on Pacific islands, Will Foster is always willing to haul trash out of Little Rocky Run or take many of the photos in this section of the web site.

Lynn Foster is the editor-in-chief and scribe for Friends of Little Rocky Run.  She publishes a monthly column in "News on the Run".

Al and Alberto Francese
Few people give more to their community than Al Francese.  Whether it is Friends of Little Rocky Run or a host of other community issues, Al is always there ready to volunteer his time.

His young son, Alberto, always shows up for volunteer activities and is a welcome addition to our clean-up work.

Robert Jordan
Who is this masked man from the Potomac Rivers Greenways Coalition, Inc.?

He calls us up and volunteers to write a
grant application for Friends of Little Rocky Run.  He wins one for $5,000.00.  Then he coordinates the writing of our official brochure.  How he finds the time and energy to do all that he does is amazing.

Chris Dullea and Kevin Mahan
Chris and Kevin showed up one Saturday to haul out yet another steel culvert pipe abandoned long ago by parties unknown.  The mission was accomplished, but not without nearly tipping the jeep into Little Rocky Run.  Fortunately all went well and another nasty eyesore was removed from our watershed.
